by pre-order period: i will refund the excess if you transferred an amount more than the appraised rate of your invoice! in case they're out of stock, i'll be more willing to process the refund right away as i receive my refund from the merchant.
after pre-order period: i have no control over the shipping process from origin country to destination (philippines). i am not to be held liable for the mishandling of couriers if ever they've flawed, delayed, or lost the items. rest assured, i'll be packing the goods securely for shipping from my local address to yours, and that i will be tracking them on a regular basis.
upon arrival to your address: i'm more than willing to address your concerns as per the condition of the goods you received by offering compensations (in case an incomplete order has arrived, i'll send you the missing inclusions free of charge) or return & refund (refund will be sent as soon as i receive the returned parcel, shipping fee to be shouldered by the buyer). these options are conditional and applicable once verified that i'm at fault, by sending a raw unboxing video recording the parcel with the waybill intact until the flaw has been pointed out (e.g. missing inclusions, flaws due to courier). this strict protocol is due to the fact that i send condition videos upon claiming, disclosing possible flaws.― no rush shipping: I don't delay shipment unless I ran out of packaging materials or I have personal emergencies to tend to. A week or so will be enough for me to book for pick-up or drop-off your parcels, in which updates will be posted regularly under #raeports.― packaging fees: My rates for packaging will vary according to the size and quantity of your orders, in which I collect them as listing fees if opting for Shopee checkout or through Gcash if shipment is done via same-day delivery or direct couriers. A fee minimum of 15 pesos covers a sleeve, toploader, pair of sandwiched cardboards, and 2-3 layers of bubble wrap.
